Delivery Times: We offer delivery 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) excluding Holidays, with same day delivery available (ordered must be submitted before 11am for same day delivery). We typically have a 5 hour delivery window for regular service, but please allow for a 9am-5pm delivery day due to high volume. Faster delivery service is only available by calling the shop directly. 

Deliveries: We are able to deliver to apartments, please provide buzzer number. If the building does not have a concierge or the recipient will not be home, please be prepared to provide a different address ( ie. the recipient's work address).  If the courier is not able to complete the delivery, the bouquet will be returned to our store, and we will call the recipient to make pick up arrangements.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not happy with your order, please call the shop immediately and we will offer a full refund within 24 hours. A replacement will be offered for issues received after a 24 hour period. 

Vase Life: We guarantee our cut flowers for 5 days. If you find your flowers did not meet the 5 day minimum, we request a photo and will replace your flowers immediately. See our Flower Care page for tips on our to maximize your arrangement's life.

Flower availability: We do not guarantee the type of flowers we can get. Due to the nature of flowers and our commitment to quality, any appropriate substitutions will be made for custom orders.
